 Senior Global Portfolio Director, Global Knowledge, Inc.   (Nov 30, 2016 – present) Senior Director with global P&L responsibility for a $30+ million business in Cybersecurity training.  Built and managed a team with 5 direct/indirect employees.   
                  -Created the Product Line Consolidated courses and established the new cybersecurity product line Eliminated poorly performing products and revised pricing strategies Created new approaches to customer value, resulting in new solutions and market innovation

 Director of Product Management for Cybersecurity, Fidelity Investments: (October, 2015 – Nov, 2016) Strategic responsibility for lifecycle management of over 125 cybersecurity related applications and technologies spanning all phases of Cybersecurity.  Coordinated efforts of the Fraud, threat analysis, and Identity and Access Management teams.  
 Senior Product Manager for CyberSecurity, NetApp:   (June, 2013 - October, 2015) Responsible for Security feature roadmap and partner engagements across the storage product line.  Extensive experience translating security standards (UC, CC, FIPS, etc.) into over 100 new product requirements in PRDs and MRDs.    
 Director, Marketing Communications, Elster Solutions (December, 2012 - June, 2013) Responsible Responsible for all messaging strategy and content including trade shows (regional and national), managing advertising and PR agencies, media and advertising purchases, all collateral (including drafting much of the content) and supervision of all web content, Press Releases, analyst relations.   
 Director, Customer Solution Architectures, Elster Solutions:   (June, 2011- December, 2012) Strategic responsibility for Smart Grid Security.  Initiatives include drafting general business strategy, messaging, and positioning as well as definition of innovative new products and associated sales and channel strategies.  Routinely recognized by senior leadership as the lead technologist/marketer.  Worked with the team on new software licensing models.  Effective results depended on strategic planning, extensive cross-Business Unit coordination, and leading a cross-functional team.
 Director, Product Management for Government Solutions, Cisco Systems:  (September, 1998 – June, 2011)Strategic responsibility for special government solutions and product adaptations for the intelligence community and military as well as civilian agencies.  (Secret level Security clearance is currently inactive, but can easily be activated)  Was one of the leading Executive Briefing Center speakers, and received training on working with media and international customers.
